Daily Rates include:
- A representative will meet you at Kenneth Kaunda International (Lusaka) airport and assist you through customs for arrival and departure.
- Services of a licensed Professional Hunter,including trackers, skinners & hunting vehicle.
- Full accommodation, daily laundry.
- Field preparation of trophies.
- Free wi-fi.(in most camps)
Daily Rates exclude:
- Commercial flight from/to Lusaka/Mfuwe.
- All Charter flights:
Price On Request.
Airport departure tax US$30.
Road Transfer: $1,500.
- Hotel accommodation before, during and after the safari period.
- Full Trophy fees – animals killed or wounded.
- Dip, pack, crate, documentation of trophies $2,000 per client.
Lion/leopard combo & Elephant -$2500
- Gun hire $50/day per gun
- Ammunition paid per round at cost.
- Gratuities. Guideline:
Staff-$150/day/hunter or observer
PH-$150/day/hunter.
TERMS and CONDITIONS:
- Bookings will be secured on payment of 50% of the total daily rate, plus concession fee, plus safari license.
- Balance of daily rate, trophy exports, charter flights or road transport are due 90 days prior to the contracted date.
- Trophy fees are payable on completion of your safari.
- Trophy charges are applicable to animals killed or wounded and lost. Any blood drawn will be counted as a wounded and lost animal.
- All payments must be made via direct bank transfer or Cash.
- All prices are subject to change.
- Charter flight prices are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel prices.
- Cancellation: All deposits, less 10% administration fee & agent’s commission (if applicable), will be refunded if safari is cancelled more than 6 months prior to commencement. Safaris cancelled less than 6 months prior to commencement, deposit will only be refunded if the safari can be re-booked in the same timeslot.
- You will be required to sign an indemnity form before the commencement of the safari.
LIABILITY
Clients are advised to fully insure themselves and their property for their stay in Africa. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safety and good health of clients, Van Staden Safaris (Z) Ltd, will accept no liability for accident, injury or illness that you may incur or loss or damage to your property during or after the safari.
Clients are advised to familiarize themselves with health conditions set out by the Centre for Disease Control (www.cdc.org) prior to departure on safari.
